Arrival

1. Meet us at our surf shop located at 4121 Mission Blvd, San Diego, California 92109
2. Please check in 20 minutes prior to your lesson start time at the our store for check in
3. Anyone arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show.
4. No refunds will be provided if the participants are more than 10 minutes late, missed their scheduled reservation, or change or alter their reservation within 48 hours of the lesson reservation.

Cancellation Policy

1. Surfing lessons must be cancelled 48 hours before your lesson start time for a full refund via email only (pacificsurf@pacificsurf.org)
2. Reservations made within 48 hours will not be refunded.
3. Camp must be cancelled 5 days/120 hours prior via email (pacificsurf@pacificsurf.org) for a full refund (minus a $100 non-refundable deposit per person, per camp)
4. Large group lessons over 10 attendees have up to 72 hours prior to lesson start time to cancel with full refund via email only. Send to (pacificsurf@pacificsurf.org)

Reschedules

1. Reservations can be rescheduled within 48 hours monday - thursday for $35 per person. You must email pacificsurf@pacificsurf.org if you would like to reschedule the lesson. No phone calls will be accepted.
2. Camp reschedules must be done no later than 72 hours prior to the start of camp for full refund. Our camps are in high demand and fill up quickly. We hold this spot specifically for your child.
3. There will be no refunds or reschedules for any changes within 72 hours of the start of camp.

Refund Policy

1. Once you hit the sand there are no refunds unless lifeguards or your instructor/s shut down the lesson.
2. No refunds will be provided if participants are late, miss their scheduled reservation or change or alter their reservation within 48 hours of reservation.

Lessons Package

1. Lesson packages cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
2. Lesson packages are non transferable to other products.
3. Packages cannot be split between multiple students.

Camp

1. Please make sure your child has water, snacks, sunblock, and lunch if they are staying for the full day.
2. Camp dates cannot be made up if missed. Please plan accordingly for your child to arrive each day on time.
3. There are no credits or refunds for missed days of camps. Our camps are in high demand and fill up quickly. We hold this spot specifically for your child.
4. You must make your instructors and pacific surf aware if your child has any allergies or health conditions we should be aware of.

Camp Pick-Up

1. Campers must be picked up promptly at the end of camp each day. There is a 5-minute grace period. After 5 minutes, you will be charged $5 for every 10 minutes your child remains in our care until they are picked up.
2. Campers must be picked up at the canopy and checked out by parent or guardian.

Photography

1. No refunds or store credit will be given once the purchase is complete. Your photographer specifically books himself out for your session.

Weather

1. If harsh weather or rain occurs, we will reschdule or refund camp/lessons at our discretion.
